By accessing or using RevUpDeal.co.uk (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our services and form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Seller,” “Dealer”) and RevUpDeal Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), registered in the UK. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including Sellers, Dealers, and any other visitors. Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To access and use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under UK law. Companies using the Website must ensure that representatives accessing the platform are properly authorised to act on behalf of the company.
Dealers must hold valid UK registrations, licenses, and comply with all applicable laws to operate on the platform. Sellers represent that they are the lawful owners of the vehicles they submit and have the right to provide all information disclosed.
3. Definitions
For clarity, the following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
- Seller: Any individual submitting a vehicle via the Website to be considered for purchase by registered Dealers.
- Dealer: A registered business entity receiving vehicle submissions for potential purchase.
- Submission: The completed vehicle details form sent from Seller to Dealer through the platform.
- Service: The platform functionality that facilitates submissions, communications, and lead management between Sellers and Dealers.
4. Account Registration
Dealers must register an account to access submitted leads. Registration requires accurate business details, including proof of registration, contact information, and other required information. Dealers are responsible for updating their information promptly to ensure it remains accurate and complete.
Sellers can submit vehicles without an account; however, all submitted information must be accurate and truthful. Any false or misleading information may lead to the removal of submissions and/or termination of access to the platform.
By registering an account, Dealers agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. RevUpDeal reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity.
5. Account Security
Dealers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and must immediately notify RevUpDeal of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use of your account.
RevUpDeal cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to accounts resulting from negligence or failure to protect login credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and updating them regularly.
6. Account Termination
RevUpDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Account termination may result in loss of access to submissions, leads, or other platform features.
Termination does not release users from obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of fees or compliance with data protection and confidentiality provisions.
7. Service Description
RevUpDeal provides a platform connecting Sellers with registered Dealers. Sellers submit vehicle details through a form, and Dealers receive these submissions as potential purchase leads. The platform facilitates communication but does not guarantee a sale or transaction.
All offers, negotiations, and transactions are solely between the Seller and Dealer. RevUpDeal is not responsible for evaluating, validating, or guaranteeing any vehicle submission or dealer offer.
8. Submissions by Sellers
Sellers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date vehicle details, including ownership, condition, mileage, and any existing encumbrances. Misrepresentation may result in removal of submissions or legal action.
Submitting a vehicle does not guarantee an offer or sale. Sellers acknowledge that RevUpDeal is only a platform connecting them to Dealers, and the company bears no responsibility for the outcome of any interaction.
By submitting a vehicle, Sellers consent to the processing and sharing of their submission with Dealers in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
9. Dealer Responsibilities
Dealers must review submissions professionally and in compliance with UK law. They must not engage in misleading advertising, fraudulent activity, or unprofessional communication with Sellers.
Dealers acknowledge that all decisions regarding vehicle offers, acceptance, and purchase terms are independent and that RevUpDeal is not a party to any sale agreement. Dealers must ensure confidentiality of Seller information and use it only for purposes consistent with this platform.
10. Fees and Payments
If applicable, Dealer fees for subscription, lead access, or other services will be clearly disclosed before registration or lead purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing by RevUpDeal.
Sellers are not required to pay for submissions, and all transactions facilitated on the platform between Sellers and Dealers are independent. RevUpDeal is not responsible for payment disputes or financial arrangements between parties.
11. Submission Handling
Submissions are sent to registered Dealers based on the details provided by the Seller. The platform cannot guarantee offers, responses, or completion of any sale. RevUpDeal is not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in submission processing.
Dealers are independent entities and may choose to accept, reject, or negotiate terms directly with Sellers. All interactions facilitated by the platform remain the responsibility of the parties involved.
12. Communication
Communication between Sellers and Dealers may occur via the platform, email, or other contact methods provided. RevUpDeal does not monitor or endorse any communication and is not liable for any disputes, miscommunications, or misuse.
All users agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. Harassment, offensive behavior, or unlawful communications may result in suspension or termination of access.
13. Accuracy of Information
While RevUpDeal strives to provide a reliable platform, it does not verify the accuracy of vehicle submissions or dealer information. Users are responsible for independently evaluating the information provided and conducting due diligence before entering into any agreement.
RevUpDeal expressly disclaims responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted or received through the platform. Users use the platform at their own risk.
14. Liability Disclaimer
RevUpDeal acts solely as a facilitator connecting Sellers with registered Dealers. The platform does not guarantee the quality, legality, or suitability of any vehicle or dealer. All transactions, communications, and agreements occur directly between the Seller and Dealer, and RevUpDeal disclaims any responsibility or liability for disputes, damages, or losses arising from these interactions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Users acknowledge that use of the Website is at their own risk. RevUpDeal is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
All disclaimers apply to the fullest extent permitted under UK law, and users expressly acknowledge and accept these limitations by using the platform.
15. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RevUpDeal, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to their use of the Website, submissions, or communications with other users.
This includes claims resulting from inaccurate vehicle information, breaches of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the platform. RevUpDeal reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification.
By using the Website, users expressly agree to cooperate with RevUpDeal in the defense of any claims. Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, RevUpDeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data.
RevUpDeal does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Technical issues, outages, or third-party service failures are beyond our control, and users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.
These limitations apply regardless of whether liability arises from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, software, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to RevUpDeal. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names displayed on the platform are the property of RevUpDeal or third parties. Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.
Users grant RevUpDeal a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and process submissions solely for the purposes of providing the Services.
18. User Content
Sellers retain ownership of their submitted vehicle information. By submitting content, you grant RevUpDeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, transmit, and share your submission with registered Dealers.
RevUpDeal may also use anonymized data for analytics, reporting, and marketing purposes. Users acknowledge that the platform has the right to remove or modify submissions that violate these Terms.
Content submitted must not infringe on third-party rights, contain false information, or be defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
19. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Sellers consent to the use of their personal data for the purpose of facilitating submissions to Dealers and improving platform services.
Dealers also consent to the processing of business and personal data submitted through the platform. RevUpDeal implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users must ensure that any personal data they submit complies with applicable privacy laws and that they have lawful authority to share it.
20. Cookies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and provide relevant content. By using the Website, users consent to our use of cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Users can manage cookie preferences via their browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the platform.

RevUpDeal does not guarantee the security or reliability of third-party services and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from their use.
22. Marketing and Promotions
Sellers may receive marketing communications from RevUpDeal, which they can opt out of at any time. Dealers may advertise vehicles or services through approved platform channels in accordance with UK advertising regulations.
All promotional content must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Misuse of the platform for spam, fraudulent marketing, or unlawful advertising may result in account suspension or legal action.
RevUpDeal may occasionally use anonymized user data for market research, analytics, or promotional reporting.
23. User Conduct
Users agree to use the platform responsibly, professionally, and in compliance with UK law. Any activity that is fraudulent, unlawful, harmful, or offensive is strictly prohibited.
RevUpDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior, including harassment, discrimination, or abuse of the platform’s systems.
Users are responsible for all actions taken under their account and must ensure that their behavior does not compromise platform security or integrity.
24. Prohibited Content
Submissions or communications containing defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content are strictly prohibited. Users must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates third-party rights.
RevUpDeal may remove prohibited content without notice and may take further action, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities.
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent vehicle submissions, malware, spam, and deceptive marketing messages.
25. Security Measures
RevUpDeal implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect user data and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for protecting their own login credentials, personal data, and devices used to access the platform. RevUpDeal disclaims liability for any breach or loss resulting from user negligence.
Regular security updates and monitoring are conducted, and users are encouraged to report suspicious activity immediately.
26. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, E-commerce Regulations, and GDPR. Dealers must also comply with vehicle trading, advertising, and licensing regulations.
RevUpDeal reserves the right to refuse or remove submissions or accounts that violate legal requirements or regulatory obligations.
Failure to comply with applicable law may result in civil or criminal liability, as well as termination of access to the platform.
27. Electronic Communications
By using the Website, users consent to receiving electronic communications from RevUpDeal, including emails, notifications, and messages regarding account activity, submissions, or platform updates.
Electronic communications are considered legally valid and equivalent to written communications for all purposes, including contractual obligations and legal notices.
Users may opt out of promotional communications but will still receive essential messages related to platform operations.
28. Submissions Review
RevUpDeal reserves the right to review submissions to ensure compliance with these Terms. However, the platform does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any submissions.
Submissions found to violate the Terms may be removed or modified, and users may face account suspension or termination.
All submissions are the responsibility of the Seller, and RevUpDeal is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from submission content.
29. Fraud Prevention
RevUpDeal monitors platform activity to prevent fraudulent or unlawful conduct. Suspicious behavior may result in account suspension, temporary restriction, or reporting to law enforcement.
Users must provide accurate information and are prohibited from attempting to manipulate the platform for financial or other gain through fraudulent means.
Failure to comply may result in civil or criminal liability, in addition to platform-related sanctions.
30. Force Majeure
RevUpDeal shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, internet outages, or technical failures.
In such events, we may temporarily suspend the platform or delay services without liability.
Users acknowledge that temporary service interruptions or delays do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
31. Refunds for Platform Errors
Any refunds for platform errors, such as accidental billing or technical issues, will be processed according to RevUpDeal’s internal policies. All refunds are discretionary unless required by law.
Users must notify RevUpDeal promptly of any errors or discrepancies in fees or charges to ensure timely resolution.
Refunds do not cover losses resulting from user error, Dealer actions, or other circumstances outside RevUpDeal’s control.
32. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
33. Dispute Resolution
Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally through communication with RevUpDeal’s support team or directly with the other party involved.
If disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be escalated to formal legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
This dispute resolution process applies to all users, including Sellers and Dealers, for matters arising out of the use of the platform or submission content.
34. Jurisdiction
By using the platform, users submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for all claims, disputes, or actions arising from these Terms or use of the Website.
This includes matters relating to submissions, communications, fees, or alleged violations of these Terms.
Users agree that this jurisdiction provision is fair and reasonable for the purposes of governing disputes.
35. Modification of Terms
RevUpDeal reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and take effect immediately upon publication unless stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Significant changes affecting user rights or obligations will be communicated via email or platform notification where possible.
36. Notices
Official notices regarding account activity, submissions, or platform changes may be sent via email, platform notifications, or posted on the Website.
Users are responsible for monitoring communications and ensuring contact details are current and accurate.
Notices sent electronically are considered legally valid and binding for all purposes under these Terms.
37. Termination of Services
RevUpDeal may suspend or terminate platform access at any time for legal, business, or technical reasons. Suspension may be temporary or permanent, depending on the circumstances.
Termination does not release users from obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of fees or compliance with confidentiality and indemnity provisions.
Users acknowledge that termination may result in loss of submissions, leads, or other platform access without compensation.
38. Accessibility
RevUpDeal strives to make the Website accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with accessibility standards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Users may encounter temporary technical issues, and RevUpDeal is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by accessibility limitations.
Feedback regarding accessibility is encouraged to help improve platform usability for all users.
39. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Invalid provisions will be interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent as closely as possible while remaining enforceable under applicable law.
This ensures that the overall agreement remains binding and effective.
40. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and RevUpDeal regarding the use of the platform.
Any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral, are superseded by these Terms.
No user reliance on representations not contained in these Terms will be recognized legally.
41. Waiver
Failure by RevUpDeal to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of RevUpDeal.
Partial or temporary waivers do not affect the enforceability of other provisions.
42. Feedback
Users may provide suggestions, comments, or feedback regarding the Website (“Feedback”). By submitting Feedback, users grant RevUpDeal a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, modify, or incorporate Feedback into the platform without obligation or compensation.

44. Partnerships and Affiliates

User data, including Seller submissions and Dealer activity, is retained only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
RevUpDeal implements retention policies in accordance with GDPR and UK law, after which data may be anonymized or securely deleted.
Users may request data deletion or access according to privacy rights outlined in the Privacy Policy.
46. Complaint Procedure
Users may contact support to raise complaints regarding platform use, submissions, or interactions. Complaints will be reviewed and addressed promptly.
Resolution may involve communication with other users, internal review, or referral to external authorities where necessary.
RevUpDeal’s complaints procedure aims to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting users’ rights.
47. Advertising by Dealers
Dealers may advertise vehicles or services via approved platform channels. All advertisements must be lawful, accurate, and comply with UK advertising standards.
Misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited advertising is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in suspension, account termination, or legal action.
RevUpDeal reserves the right to review and remove advertisements that breach these Terms.
48. Service Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted service, RevUpDeal does not guarantee constant availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
Users acknowledge that access interruptions do not constitute a breach of these Terms, and RevUpDeal is not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
Notifications regarding scheduled maintenance or outages may be posted on the Website or communicated via email.
49. Subscription Services (if applicable)
Dealers subscribing to premium services are subject to additional subscription terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with platform procedures.
Users are responsible for timely payment and compliance with subscription obligations. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
Refunds for subscription services are governed by the platform’s refund policy and applicable law.
50. Limitation on Lead Use
Dealers may use leads obtained from the platform solely for evaluating and purchasing vehicles. Leads may not be shared, sold, or used for unrelated purposes without explicit written consent from RevUpDeal.
Unauthorized use of leads may result in legal action, suspension, or termination of platform access.
Dealers must ensure that all interactions with Sellers are professional, lawful, and in line with platform policies.
51. Confidentiality
All Seller and Dealer contact information is confidential. Users may not disclose, share, or misuse information obtained through the platform for any purpose not authorized by RevUpDeal.
Confidentiality obligations survive account termination and remain in effect until the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the user.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in legal or civil penalties.
52. Reporting Misconduct
Users are encouraged to report any unlawful, unethical, or prohibited behavior observed on the platform. Reports can be submitted via the support email or internal reporting tools.
RevUpDeal investigates all reports promptly and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe, compliant, and professional platform environment.
Anonymous reports are accepted, but providing contact information may facilitate more effective resolution.
53. Liability for Vehicle Information
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of vehicle information submitted to the platform.
54. Termination by Users
Sellers may withdraw a vehicle submission at any time before it is accepted by a Dealer. Dealers may terminate their accounts by providing notice according to the platform’s procedures. Termination does not release users from obligations incurred prior to termination, including fees, confidentiality, or indemnity obligations.
Upon termination, access to submissions, leads, or other platform services may be suspended immediately. Users acknowledge that RevUpDeal is not liable for any loss of access, data, or business opportunities resulting from account termination.
RevUpDeal reserves the right to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or for record-keeping purposes, even after account termination.
