In the case where a vehicle is found to have undisclosed damage or issues that were not mentioned during the initial offer process, we reserve the right to revise the offer price or cancel the transaction altogether. 2. Minimum Offer Guarantee
RevUpDeal guarantees a minimum offer of £500 for any vehicle or van, regardless of make, model, or condition. This guarantee is based on the assumption that the vehicle meets the minimum standard of acceptability (e.g., no stolen or written-off vehicles). We offer competitive prices and an instant quote for your vehicle based on the information provided. However, the final price may be adjusted after inspection to account for factors such as condition, mileage, and market trends. Our team will discuss any changes to the offer with you before proceeding with the sale.
In cases where the vehicle is deemed unsellable or does not meet the minimum value requirements, we may offer a lower price or advise against proceeding with the sale. We work hard to provide a fair and transparent process to ensure you are satisfied with the offer you receive.
3. Collection and Payment
Upon your acceptance of the offer, we will schedule a convenient time to collect your vehicle. In most cases, we offer same-day collection, which means you can expect our team to be at your location on the same day that you accept the offer. Our vehicle collection service is free of charge, and we handle all logistics related to transporting the vehicle from your location to our premises.
Payment will be made promptly via bank transfer once the vehicle is collected and ownership has been legally transferred. The payment process is secure and typically occurs immediately after we complete the necessary paperwork and vehicle inspection. Please ensure that your bank account details are provided accurately to avoid delays. If there is any delay in processing your payment, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We may also ask for proof of address or a utility bill to ensure we are able to complete the transaction smoothly.

5. Liability
Once the vehicle is collected and payment has been processed, we take no further responsibility for the vehicle. By selling your vehicle to RevUpDeal, you acknowledge that you have transferred ownership to us, and we assume responsibility for the vehicle from the point of collection onwards.
We do not accept responsibility for any damages or claims that may arise after the sale has been completed. However, we will work with you in case of any issues that may arise before payment is processed, ensuring that all matters are resolved before the vehicle is transferred.
You agree to indemnify and hold RevUpDeal harmless from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from the sale of the vehicle, including claims related to undisclosed damages or defects that were not properly reported at the time of sale.
